Design of Oil and Gas Recovery System
1、設(shè)計(jì)單位:加油站油氣回收系統(tǒng)工程設(shè)計(jì)由具有壓力管道(GC2)和石油化工工程設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)的單位承擔(dān)。
1. Design unit: The engineering design of the gas station oil and gas recovery system is undertaken by a unit with qualifications in pressure pipeline (GC2) and petrochemical engineering design.
2、設(shè)計(jì)壓力:加油站油品管道設(shè)計(jì)壓力為0.6MPa;氣體管道設(shè)計(jì)壓力為0.13Mpa;機(jī)械呼吸閥工作壓力范圍:正壓(2000-3000 Pa)負(fù)壓(1500-2000 Pa);汽油加油槍的氣液比設(shè)定在1.05-1.1范圍內(nèi);加油槍軟管拉斷閥,分離壓力為400-600N。
2. 3、管道規(guī)格:卸油汽油回收管道公稱直徑為DN80;卸油通氣管道公稱直徑DN50;加油油氣回收管道支管公稱直徑為DN40,主管道公稱直徑為DN100;油氣處理裝置的管道公稱直徑為DN50;加油檢測(cè)接口公稱直徑為DN25;油氣排放檢測(cè)管道公稱直徑為DN25。
3. 4、管道敷設(shè):油氣回收系統(tǒng)的管道埋地部分均采用直埋,埋地深度為-500mm,管道周圍回填200mm細(xì)沙,其余用素土回填夯實(shí)。管線采用大小頭連接時(shí),立管連接可采用同心大小頭,水平管連接應(yīng)采用管底取齊的偏心大小頭。
4. Pipeline laying: The buried part of the oil and gas recovery system pipeline is directly buried, with a burial depth of -500mm. The pipeline is backfilled with 200mm fine sand around it, and the rest is backfilled and compacted with plain soil. When pipelines are connected by small and large heads, concentric small and large heads can be used for vertical pipe connections, and eccentric small and large heads that are aligned with the bottom of the pipe should be used for horizontal pipe connections.
5、管道坡度:油氣回收系統(tǒng)管線均坡向油罐,加油油氣回收管道坡度不小于1%,其余管道的坡度不小于2‰。

6、通氣管、排氣管:油罐通氣管、油氣處理裝置排氣管安裝高度均為4米,與站內(nèi)圍墻的最小距離為2米;沿建筑物(如站房、罩棚)的墻(柱)向上敷設(shè)的通氣管管口,應(yīng)高出建筑物的頂面1.5米,汽油油罐通氣管上端須安裝機(jī)械呼吸閥。
6. 7、通氣管閥門:安裝在地上的油罐通氣管上的閥門,安裝高度為1.3米,安裝在地下的油罐通氣管上的閥門應(yīng)避開跑道,并放置閥門井。油罐處理裝置排氣管的上端安裝阻火通氣罩。

Install a flame retardant ventilation hood at the upper end of the exhaust pipe of the oil tank treatment device.
8、檢測(cè)孔:油氣排放處理裝置的排氣管上須安裝檢測(cè)孔,檢測(cè)孔公稱直徑為DN25mm,安裝高度距地面1.30米。加油系統(tǒng)須安裝液阻檢測(cè)或密閉性檢測(cè)接口,檢測(cè)孔直徑為DN25mm,安裝在加油機(jī)底盆(油氣回收立管上)。
8. Detection hole: A detection hole must be installed on the exhaust pipe of the oil and gas emission treatment device, with a nominal diameter of DN25mm and an installation height of 1.30 meters above the ground. The refueling system must be equipped with a liquid resistance detection or airtightness detection interface, with a detection hole diameter of DN25mm, installed on the bottom basin of the refueling machine (oil and gas recovery riser).
9、連通軟管選取:卸油連通軟管、油氣回收連通軟管,應(yīng)采用電阻率不大于108Ω/m的耐油軟管。
9. Selection of connecting hoses: Oil unloading connecting hoses and oil and gas recovery connecting hoses should use oil resistant hoses with a resistivity not exceeding 108 Ω/m.

系統(tǒng)安裝完成后(或投入前)應(yīng)進(jìn)行下列檢測(cè):

1)依據(jù)GB20952—2007附錄A,對(duì)汽油加油機(jī)至埋地油罐的地下油氣回收管道進(jìn)行液阻檢測(cè)。
1) According to Appendix A of GB20952-2007, perform liquid resistance testing on the underground oil and gas recovery pipeline from gasoline dispensers to buried oil tanks.
2)依據(jù)GB20952—2007附錄B,對(duì)油氣回收系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行密閉性檢測(cè)。
2) According to Appendix B of GB20952-2007, perform a leak test on the oil and gas recovery system.
3)依據(jù)GB20952—2007附錄C,對(duì)帶油氣回收功能的加油槍進(jìn)行氣液比檢測(cè)。

材質(zhì)單、合格證
Material list, certificate of conformity
油氣回收系統(tǒng)工程所使用的設(shè)備、材料必須有合格證和材質(zhì)單,由施工單位整理保存,項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收前一并交予建設(shè)單位。
The equipment and materials used in the oil and gas recovery system engineering must have a certificate of conformity and a material list, which shall be sorted and stored by the construction unit and submitted to the construction unit before project acceptance.

一般要求:加油站油氣回收系統(tǒng)工程施工與安裝由具有壓力管道(GC2)施工資質(zhì)的單位承擔(dān)。焊接壓力管道的焊工,應(yīng)按《鍋爐壓力容器壓力管道焊工考試與管理規(guī)則》進(jìn)行考試,取得焊工合格證。加油站油氣回收系統(tǒng)施工按設(shè)計(jì)文件及工藝設(shè)備電氣儀表的產(chǎn)品使用說明書進(jìn)行,如需修改設(shè)計(jì)或材料代用,應(yīng)有原設(shè)計(jì)單位變更設(shè)計(jì)的書面文件或經(jīng)原設(shè)計(jì)單位同意的設(shè)計(jì)變更書面文件。施工前建設(shè)單位、設(shè)計(jì)單位對(duì)施工單位進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)交底,以及安全施工教育。施工單位編制施工方案,施工方案包括以下內(nèi)容:
General requirement: The construction and installation of gas station oil and gas recovery system engineering shall be undertaken by units with pressure pipeline (GC2) construction qualifications. Welders who weld pressure pipelines should undergo an examination in accordance with the "Boiler Pressure Vessel Pressure Pipeline Welder Examination and Management Rules" and obtain a welder qualification certificate. The construction of the gas recovery system at gas stations shall be carried out in accordance with the design documents and the product manual for process equipment and electrical instruments. If design modifications or material substitutions are required, a written document of the original design unit's design change or a written document of the design change approved by the original design unit shall be provided. 施工用機(jī)械設(shè)備應(yīng)該安全可靠,計(jì)量器具在有效檢定期內(nèi),加油站油氣回收系統(tǒng)應(yīng)做好施工記錄,隱蔽工程施工部位應(yīng)以照片形式存檔。
Construction machinery and equipment should be safe and reliable, measuring instruments should be within their valid calibration period, gas station oil and gas recovery systems should keep construction records, and concealed construction sites should be archived in the form of photos.
油管、電線纜管溝及地面恢復(fù)

1)管線、電纜回填,一般為四層,第一層沙層,第二為素土層,第三層為墊層,第四層為面層。
1) Pipeline and cable backfilling generally consists of four layers: the first layer is sand layer, the second layer is plain soil layer, the third layer is cushion layer, and the fourth layer is surface layer.
2)沙層的厚度為200MM,采用一般為黃沙;素土層為細(xì)土、厚度根據(jù)實(shí)際工程量;墊層采用三七灰土或土石屑厚度為300MM;混凝土地面選用C25,厚度250MM,其余地面按原材料鋪設(shè)。

拆挖油罐擋土墻,油罐罐井應(yīng)減少作業(yè)量和破損量,管線敷設(shè)完成后,應(yīng)該恢復(fù)完好。設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)、罐井、閥門等按圖施工,符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。

1、管道焊接
1. Pipeline welding
管道焊縫外觀應(yīng)成型良好,與母材圓滑過度,寬度以每側(cè)蓋過坡口2mm為宜,焊接接頭表面質(zhì)量應(yīng)符合下列要求:
The appearance of pipeline welds should be well formed, smoothly transitioned with the base material, and the width should cover the groove on each side by 2mm. The surface quality of the welded joint should meet the following requirements:
1)不得有裂紋、未熔合、夾渣、飛濺存在。
1) There shall be no cracks, lack of fusion, slag inclusion, or splashing present.
2)管道焊縫咬肉深度不應(yīng)大于0.5mm,連續(xù)咬肉長(zhǎng)度不大于100mm,且焊縫兩側(cè)咬肉總長(zhǎng)不應(yīng)大于焊縫全長(zhǎng)的10%。
2) The depth of undercut in pipeline welds should not exceed 0.5mm, the length of continuous undercut should not exceed 100mm, and the total length of undercut on both sides of the weld should not exceed 10% of the total length of the weld.
3)焊縫表面不得低于管道表面,焊縫余高不應(yīng)大于2mm。

2、管道防腐
2. Pipeline anti-corrosion
管道采用電動(dòng)砂輪和手工除銹達(dá)到二級(jí),地上管道均刷鐵紅底漆兩遍,面漆兩遍;埋地工藝管道的外表面采用BL-10膠帶加強(qiáng)級(jí)防腐。
The pipeline adopts electric grinding wheel and manual rust removal to achieve level two. The above ground pipeline is coated with two coats of iron red primer and two coats of topcoat; The outer surface of the buried process pipeline is reinforced with BL-10 tape for anti-corrosion.
3、管道試壓及氣密性

管道安裝完畢后,應(yīng)進(jìn)行試壓及氣密性,管道采用氣壓試驗(yàn)壓力為0.5Mpa穩(wěn)壓30分鐘不降壓、不變形,在焊口周圍涂抹發(fā)泡濟(jì),不泄露為合格

The pipeline should be subjected to a pressure test with a pressure of 0.5Mpa and stabilized for 30 minutes without pressure drop or deformation. 4、管道坡度

為確保管道坡度達(dá)到1%,不小于2‰,應(yīng)每2米對(duì)管道進(jìn)行一次檢驗(yàn),并做好記錄。

5、管道的吹掃
5. Purging of pipelines
管道系統(tǒng)試壓合格后,應(yīng)用空氣進(jìn)行吹掃,并應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定:

1)不參與沖洗或吹掃的設(shè)備應(yīng)隔離。
1) Equipment that does not participate in flushing or blowing should be isolated.
2)吹掃壓力不得超過設(shè)備和管道系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)壓力,空氣流速不得小于20m/s.

3)空氣吹風(fēng)時(shí),應(yīng)在排出口設(shè)白色油漆靶檢查,以5min內(nèi)靶上無鐵銹及其他雜物顆粒為合格。
3) When blowing air, a white paint target should be set up at the exhaust outlet for inspection. If there is no rust or other debris particles on the target within 5 minutes, it is considered qualified.
安全施工

1、施工單位現(xiàn)場(chǎng)負(fù)責(zé)人和加油站站長(zhǎng)為施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)第一安全責(zé)任人,共同對(duì)施工安全負(fù)責(zé)。

油氣回收工程項(xiàng)目的驗(yàn)收分為分步驗(yàn)收和整體驗(yàn)收,分步驗(yàn)收是指施工過程中每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的驗(yàn)收;整體驗(yàn)收是指油氣回收系統(tǒng)全部安裝完成后,對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的驗(yàn)收。
