工作原理揮發(fā)性有機廢氣經(jīng)系統(tǒng)風機推進或者吸入RTO入口集風管,切換閥引導氣體進入蓄熱床,氣體在經(jīng)過陶瓷蓄熱床到燃燒室的過程中被逐漸預熱,在燃燒室高溫(約800℃)氧化分解,凈化后的高溫尾氣在通過另一陶瓷蓄熱床時會將熱量留在其中,使得出口處的蓄熱床得到加熱,凈化尾氣得到降溫,使得出口溫度略高于RTO入口溫度,通常情況下溫升最高不超過50-70℃。
The working principle is that volatile organic waste gas is propelled by the system fan or sucked into the RTO inlet manifold, and the switching valve guides the gas into the heat storage bed. The gas is gradually preheated during the process of passing through the ceramic heat storage bed to the combustion chamber, and is oxidized and decomposed at high temperature (about 800 ℃) in the combustion chamber. The purified high-temperature exhaust gas will retain heat when passing through another ceramic heat storage bed, heating the heat storage bed at the outlet and cooling the purified exhaust gas, so that the outlet temperature is slightly higher than the RTO inlet temperature. Generally, the temperature rise does not exceed 50-70 ℃.

沸石轉輪不停旋轉,將吸附的VOC轉到脫附區(qū)域,吸附在沸石轉輪上 的VOC被180~220℃的熱風脫附,脫附熱風占總處理風量的5~10%,脫附下的高濃度有機廢氣進入RTO/CO氧化降解為二氧化碳和水蒸汽等。再生后的吸附轉輪經(jīng)過冷卻區(qū)降溫后,返回至吸附區(qū),完成了吸附/脫附/降溫的循環(huán)過程。
