一次油氣回收主要是對(duì)油罐車在卸油的時(shí)候產(chǎn)生的油氣進(jìn)行回收,油罐車在卸油的過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的油氣,一次油氣回收裝置會(huì)在加油站地下儲(chǔ)油罐多安裝一個(gè)回收管子,在卸油時(shí)產(chǎn)生的油氣會(huì)通過這個(gè)管子重新抽到油罐車?yán)锏却M(jìn)一步集中處理。
A primary oil and gas recovery system is mainly used to recover the oil and gas generated during the unloading process of oil tankers. Oil tankers generate a large amount of oil and gas during the unloading process. The primary oil and gas recovery device will install an additional recovery pipe in the underground storage tank of the gas station, and the oil and gas generated during unloading will be pumped back into the tanker through this pipe for further centralized processing.

二次油氣回收主要是對(duì)加油機(jī)在加油的過程產(chǎn)生的油氣進(jìn)行回收,二次油氣回收裝置會(huì)在加油機(jī)的槍口安裝一個(gè)密封罩,在對(duì)汽車加油的過程中密封罩會(huì)將汽車的油箱入口堵住,加油機(jī)內(nèi)部的真空回收泵會(huì)抽吸汽車油箱內(nèi)的油氣,然后經(jīng)過加油槍內(nèi)置的回收管重新回到儲(chǔ)油罐等待進(jìn)一步處理。
The secondary oil and gas recovery mainly recovers the oil and gas generated during the refueling process of the refueling machine. The secondary oil and gas recovery device will install a sealing cover at the muzzle of the refueling machine. During the refueling process of the car, the sealing cover will block the inlet of the car's fuel tank. The vacuum recovery pump inside the refueling machine will suck up the oil and gas in the car's fuel tank, and then return to the storage tank for further processing through the built-in recovery pipe of the refueling gun.
