加油站一次油氣回收設(shè)備日常操作規(guī)范

　　1.先連接油罐車輸油管與加油站油氣回收軟管，然后打開油罐車的油氣回收閥門和油罐車的油氣回收閥門，以及油罐車的油氣輸油管閥門。

　　1. First, connect the oil tanker's oil pipeline to the gas station's oil and gas recovery hose, then open the oil and gas recovery valve of the tanker, as well as the oil and gas pipeline valve of the tanker.

　　2.將阻火器(蓋)通風(fēng)口下端的口關(guān)閉。

　　2. Close the lower end of the flame arrester (cover) vent.

　　3.保持機(jī)械呼吸閥口，通氣管下端的閥門處于開啟狀態(tài)。

　　3. Keep the mechanical breathing valve port and the valve at the lower end of the ventilation pipe open.

　　4.油罐車輸油結(jié)束后，第一步關(guān)閉罐車輸油閥門，第二步關(guān)閉罐車的油氣回收閥和輸油口油氣回收閥，最后去掉油氣回收管。

　　1. 先看看阻火器的通氣管的閥門口子是否是閉合的。

　　2. 檢查機(jī)械呼吸閥門的通氣管道口是否是通的。

　　2. Check if the ventilation pipe port of the mechanical breathing valve is open.

　　3. 檢查加油機(jī)下方回收泵是否開啟。

　　3. Check if the recovery pump under the fuel dispenser is turned on.

　　4. 要注意日常加油時(shí)加油槍的檔位應(yīng)該由小慢慢增大。

　　4. It should be noted that the gear of the fuel gun should gradually increase from small to large during daily refueling.

　　5. 一定要把加油槍的油氣集氣罩緊扣在汽車的加油口上，加油過程中始終保持密封的狀態(tài)。

　　5. Be sure to tightly fasten the oil and gas collection hood of the fuel gun to the car's fuel port and maintain a sealed state during the refueling process.

　　6.加滿油油槍自動(dòng)停止加油時(shí)，停止繼續(xù)加油等待3秒后再掛加油槍。

　　When the fuel gun automatically stops refueling after filling up, stop refueling and wait for 3 seconds before hanging up the fuel gun.

　　1. 檢查加油站阻火器的通氣管道的通氣孔是否是關(guān)閉的。

　　2. 打開機(jī)械呼吸閥門以及通氣管道的閥門口。

　　2. Open the mechanical breathing valve and the valve opening of the ventilation pipeline.

　　3. 打開所有油氣回收設(shè)備的進(jìn)氣口和回氣口。

　　3. Open the inlet and return ports of all oil and gas recovery equipment.

　　4. 打開油氣回收設(shè)備的電源開關(guān)。

　　5. 設(shè)置油氣回收設(shè)備的，檢查顯示器上的參數(shù)是否正確無誤。

　　6. 一定要注意在關(guān)閉加油站的油氣回收設(shè)備的進(jìn)氣閥和回氣閥門前，一定要把電源關(guān)了。
