油氣是加油站加油、卸油和儲存過程中發(fā)揮到空氣中形成的易揮發(fā)有機化合物。加油站正常作業(yè)中的油氣主要產(chǎn)生于兩個環(huán)節(jié)：一是收卸儲存環(huán)節(jié)，二是加油作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)，都會排放出與汽油體積相同的油蒸汽。油氣回收系統(tǒng)可將油氣轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槠?，對減少大氣污染，改善空氣質(zhì)量，節(jié)能降耗有重要的作用。油氣回收系統(tǒng)目前已經(jīng)在我國的加油站中普及開來，但是油氣回收系統(tǒng)的使用過程中有哪些要注意的地方呢？

　　04確保卸油過程中儲油罐的氣密性完好，不得在卸油過程中從儲油罐計量口進行測量、取樣等操作。

　　05加油槍要避免碰撞、敲擊、被碾壓或過度折彎，以免損壞內(nèi)外管路。

　　06當油箱管口接近水平時，將加油槍盡量向上提（即壓低槍口），方可正常加油。否則，自封球后滾堵住感應口，加油會立即跳槍。

　　When the fuel tank nozzle is close to horizontal, lift the fuel gun as high as possible (i.e. lower the muzzle) to refuel normally. Otherwise, if the self sealing ball rolls back and blocks the response port, refueling will immediately jump the gun.

　　07在加油過程中，應將加油槍集氣罩固定在油箱口，不得頻繁拔槍查看油箱內(nèi)油品液面。

　　During the refueling process, the gas collecting cover of the refueling gun should be fixed at the fuel tank port, and the gun should not be frequently pulled out to check the oil level in the tank.

　　08加油速度不宜太快，因為飛濺的油液可能會在油箱加滿之前使油槍跳槍停止加油。

　　The refueling speed should not be too fast, as splashing oil may cause the fuel gun to jump and stop refueling before the tank is filled.

　　09油槍自動跳停后應避免強行繼續(xù)向油箱加油，以免加油槍的感應口有汽油進入，造成加油槍頻繁跳停。

　　After the automatic stop of the 09 fuel gun, it should be avoided to forcefully continue refueling the fuel tank to prevent gasoline from entering the sensing port of the fuel gun and causing frequent stops.

　　10在計量時應停止所有油氣回收加油槍作業(yè)，計量員站在上風口，緩慢打開計量口閥門，避免吸入油氣。

　　During measurement, all oil and gas recovery refueling gun operations should be stopped. The metrologist should stand at the upwind port and slowly open the metering valve to avoid inhaling oil and gas.

　　11油氣處理系統(tǒng)在油氣存封冷凝過程中，當給系統(tǒng)通電或主機復位時，請不要靠近主機。

　　During the oil and gas storage and condensation process of the 11 oil and gas processing system, please do not approach the host when powering on the system or resetting the host.

　　12隨時檢查加油槍上的皮瓦，皮瓦損壞時不得繼續(xù)使用，要及時更換。

　　02檢查操作井內(nèi)管線連接處（法蘭片等）、量油孔是否連接緊密，無滲漏；檢查加油機內(nèi)部油氣回收銅管線和接頭，發(fā)現(xiàn)滲漏情況，要及時使用防爆工具進行緊固。

　　應隨時使用干的純棉抹布保持設備清潔，及時清理油槍及油槍口，不得沾附灰塵及污物，以免被自動跳停感應口吸入，影響加油或自動跳停的功能。

　　Dry cotton cloths should be used at all times to keep the equipment clean, and the oil gun and oil gun barrel should be cleaned in a timely manner. Dust and dirt should not be attached to them, so as not to be inhaled by the automatic stop feeling and affect the refueling or automatic stop function.

　　1加油時汽油液滴可能會被油氣回收裝置吸入，積存于膠管彎折處，因此每隔1-2天應將膠管拉直后加油，利用油槍自然吸附力將汽油積液滴吸走。

　　2應定期（每周）對油氣回收處理系統(tǒng)控制器進行清潔處理，用LCD清潔布清潔控制器顯示屏。
